Poland(?): emblem pin of the "Dror" Zionist-Socialist youth movement, circa. 1920s-30s; not maker-marked; size: 17 x 55.5mm; weight: 2.75g. The pin appears to be bronze, with red finish, and depicts the movement's emblem, with the word "Dror" in Hebrew above (written in a style akin to the estimated date of the pin). Dror was founded in Russia, in 1917, but moved its base of operations to Poland in the wake of the Russian Revolution, and until a branch was established in Israel in 2006, this was a diaspora youth movement whose aim was to train youths to settle in Israel and enable them to come.
