Appears pre-stamped by Hungarian authority in Kóvár (Koláre), a Hungarian-occupied area of Slovakia as of March 1939 close to locale. Written in Polish, probably sent by recent refugee of German invasion of Poland; locale absorbed many refugees from Poland & Slovakia escaping persecution. Intriguing origin, scarce postal channel.
