JNF/Jewish National Fund (KKL) stamps & labels: Israel Head Office/Jerusalem pre-State issue, full se-tenant sheet of 28 undenominated stamps of locales of 1948 [Second] "Alphabet" series, in blue on blue background (Kap 969-996/Roch 1160-1187), printed on slightly miscut square paper (18.6cm on left x 18.5cm on right); MNH & OG, with rough perforations; 2x pairs of staple holes in left margins; paper is firm and not folded or detatached along any of the perforations, clean paper on front & back.
