JNF/Jewish National Fund (KKL) stamps & labels: Cologne (Germany) Head Office issue, horizontal strip of 3x brown (5 pfennig) cinderella stamps overprinted "Dienstmarke" in lower-case violet letters, of the 1909 issue Herzl series (Rochlin #12f - unpriced) - with double perforation at base; no gum, light horizontal crease (maybe from printing) & a vertical crease near right edge of left stamp.
