1950 UPU / PO's, rates & routes: 5-11-1950 registered airmail cover from REHOVOT to NEW YORK franked 190pr at the FA-2a postage period rate (80pr letter + 25pr registration + 2x 40pr R-letter 10g extra weight, with 5pr overcharge left over) using 80pr tete-beche gutter pair (Ba28b) + 30pr 1949 2nd Coinage (Ba25), tied by 2 full strikes of Rehovot postmark on front + 2 on back,with Israeli registry-label on front; backstamped 11-7-1950 and next day transit in NEW YORK & BROOKLYN, arrived same day; slit open at top; very fine.
