1950 UPU / PO's, rates & routes: 28-11-1950 registered airmail cover from HERZLIA (return addressed Otte Wallish in TEL AVIV) to CHICAGO franked 235pr at the FA-2a postage period rate (80pr letter + 25pr registered + 3x and maybe 4x 40pr R-letter 10g extra weight - at least one frank appears missing, maybe 30pr) using mix of pair full tabbed 80pr (Ba28) + 50pr 1950 1st airmail (Ba35) + 10pr & 15pr 1949 2nd Coinage (Ba23/24) tied by 2 full strikes of local postmark; slit open at left; corner creases; very fine. Estimated value $200+
