1952 2nd postage dues on incoming Canadian mail: SEP 15 1952 airmail cover from MONTREAL (return addressed Paris) to HAIFA underfranked at 15c and taxed 200Pr in Israel (unusually without any local tax markings), paid using 4x 50pr Ba #PD.11 franks tied by 3 strikes of 30-9-52 Haifa-22 postmark; backstamped 28-9-52 HAIFA transit; opened roughly at top, but complete. Scarce multiple franking & high taxation. Estimated value $350+
