1966 refused taxed mail to Britain (postal markings): 15-2-1966 El-Al picture postcard of Dan Hotel TEL AVIV, from TEL AVIV to LONDON mailed unfranked and taxed 8d in UK, marked by "Posted unpaid" boxed instructional marking handstamp, using postage dues franks tied by WILLESDEN NW10 postmark; as mail refused by addressee (manuscript: 17-3-66), the postage due franks were annulled by "Charge not Collected" cross cachet + manuscript obliterations; postcard marked by "return to sender" cachet (here, hotel address on the postcard). Scarce postal handling.
