Reintroduced Mandate postmarks from 2 cities: 1 JY 1948 HAIFA TELEGRAPHS single-circle date-stamp (GD-79 - 11 months after their last known date of use) tied to Mandate telegram form PT 6A & tied by 4 JY 48 JERUSALEM receipt using single-circle date-stamp; the JERUSALEM cancel believed used at Rehavia in early State period until receipt of Israeli trilingual devices - on telegrams until Oct., here pre-dating Glassman's earliest known date of mid-July. Horizontal fold at base, 2 staple holes center.
