1950 UPU / rates & routes: 20-3-1951 "Lacol" austerity period stationary cover express registered airmail from TEL AVIV to ROSLYN (New York, misaddressed NJ) franked 320pr at the FA-2a postage period rate (80pr letter + 25pr registration + 40pr express + 4x 40pr R-letter 10g additional weight, with 15pr overcharged) using miscut full booklet pane of 80pr (Ba28) tied by single strike of TEL AVIV-21(?) postmark on front + 1 on back, with red "express" cachet, Mandate registry-label and Israeli "gimmel" censor cachet on front; backstamped 3-26-1951 arrival. Slit open at top; very fine, rare franking and rate; estimated value $250+
