1950 Independence in late use: 29-10-1950 Israeli business airmail stationary commercial cover from TEL AVIV to NEW YORK CITY franked 80pr at the FA-2a period rate to US using mix of 20pr (Ba29) + 2x 30pr 1949 2nd Coinage (Ba25) tied by single strike of local postmark; slit open at top. Here late use of the Independence Day stamp as last sold on 20-09-1950.
