3-3-1949 Tel Aviv to Jerusalem revenue-franked postcard, taxed using 20pr stamp

1949 revenues franked taxed mail: 3-3-1949 postcard from TEL AVIV to JERUSALEM, franked 10Pr using 1948 1st revenues stamp Ba #REV.3 - revenue stamps were inconsistently accepted as postage stamps, and as the frank was cancelled by the local postmark it appears that the Tel Aviv post office accepted the frank, however the delivering post office did not - and taxed the postcard twice the full deficiency of 10pr; this was paid using 1st postage dues series 20pr Ba #PD4 frank tied by 6-3-1949 JERUSALEM-16 (main post office) postmark. Vertical fold at left. Revenue stamps on commercial mail is scarce.
