Mandate Jerusalem Postmarks: 16 JU 1920 registered cover from JERUSALEM to PARIS, franked 2Pia at period rate (1pia overseas letter + 1 pia registered fee) using vertical pair Ba10 tied by rare OETA EEF JERUSALEM RGD single-circle date-stamp (Sach-A13, rated F out of J) on front & back; backstamped 18 JU 20 PORT SAID transit; opened at top & resealed, frayed edges all around. Of note: the civil administration of Palestine (ending the OETA military era) came into being 2 weeks later, on 1 July; here this is late OETA period mail.
