Israeli Boy & Girl Scouts Federation 8th Jamboree (1961) color illustrated double 5x2 tab row stamp sheetlet of 10x undenominated tabbed stamps, on thick white paper; the outer perimeter is imperforzted & bears the Federation's name & the event in Hebrew, English & Arabic; the stamps & tabs are multi-colored; MNH & OG; there is a light crease on lower left margin & bottom right corner tip; there are no detatched perforations. This jamboree took place at Mount Carmel near Haifa.
