Jerusalem all-undocumented postal form: 26 AP 1920 OETA Palestine - Telegraphs receipt (Hocheiser unlisted: similar to Hoch-6-2/6-2a but Hebrew title lines up differently) franked 2½m using undocumented OPDA EEF frank (11:11 perforation with 15mm title, as Ba listed 3rd series but here perforated & in yellow) tied by unrecorded EEF OETA [JERUSALEM] single-circle date-stamp (28mm) with large dateline (Sacher's only listed A10 is rated F of J). Unusual combination. Of note: the day before, on 25 April, the San Remo conference officially assigned Britain a Mandate over Palestine; the OETA administration came to an end on 1 July with Herbert Samuel's assmption of the role of High Commissioner of the civil administration.
