1968 incoming US postage due mail: JUL 11 1968 airmail picture postcard (in German) from NEW YORK CITY to TEL AVIV underfranked at 13c and marked for 24c tax in US, paid in TEL AVIV on front on 15-7-1968 as 55 Ag using 1968 Memorial Day Ba400 frank tied by TEL AVIV-87 postmark. Trivial interest: the US franking is of John F. Kennedy, whose brother, Robert, was assassinated about a month before the postcard was mailed. Estimated value $70+
