Mandate Haifa postmarks: 24 SP 1940 local registered commercial cover in Arabic on business stationary with stamps cut out (probably 25m for letter + registration fee) but backstamped twice using scarce HAIFA REGISTERED single-circle skeleton datestamp GD-59 (rated D)/Sach-D8 on 4th day of use; as unclaimed returned to sender (marked by various instructional handstamps).
