WWII/Holocaust era camps > Silberhutte: 9-10-1944 photo picture postcard of Alexisbad spa town, with correspondence between two females in Polish, from GEMEINSCHAFTSLAGER SILBERHUTTE-ANHALT ("Communal Camp") in Germany to KROTOSCHIN in the Wartegau region of occupied Poland, franked 6pf & tied by local civilian postmark + camp cachet in carmine. Information about this camp is scant but appears to have been part of the Flossenburg concentration camp.
