Jerusalem I overprint: 5m dark-orange with 14:14 perforation (Ba #29) with setting I overprint + "PALESTINR" English overprint variety (unlike the setting II variety type, here "N" with full right arm but missing top left serif & "I" missing its base serif; note space between last 2 letters), mint & very lightly hinged.
