1950 3rd Coinage: 2-10-1953 cover from PETACH TIKVA to AFULA franked 45pr at the DO-4 postage period domestic letter rate, using 5pr single & 5pr/15pr tete-beche gutter pairs (Ba42/42b/44b), tied by 2 strikes of PETACH TIKVA 1 postmark; backstamped 4-10-53 AFULA-2 arrival. Cut open at right, very fine. Estimated value $130+
