Doar Ivri PO's, rates & routes: 2-12-1948 fully tabbed registered cover from MERHAVIA to HAIFA franked 40pr at the DO-2 period rate (15pr letter + 25pr registration) using 2x 10pr + 20pr (Ba3/5) franks tied by 2 full strikes of local postmark on front + 2 on back (with Latin date above the Hebrew - unusual) and Mandate-era mute R-label handstamped "Merhavia" (see Sacher-2); backstamped same day Affula transit & HAIFA-16 arrival. Slit open at left, very fine.
