1968 incoming German postage due mail: 27-12-1967 surface mailed commercial cover from DUSSELDORF to TEL AVIV underfranked at 30 Pf and taxed twice the deficiency at 24 Pf, paid and franked in Israel 17-01-1968 using 12Ag 1967 Nature reserves Ba389 frank tied by TEL AVIV-87 postmark - unusually without local tax markings; slit open at top.
