1961 US to France/Israel rerouted mail: AUG 24 1961 airmail cover from SAN CLEMENTE to BRUNOY France franked 15c, arrived 30(?)-8-61 where re-addressed to "poste restante" in TEL AVIV and franked an additional 0.20F for ongoing airmail to Israel; backstamped 3-9-1961 TEL AVIV-33 arrival; opened at back, part of flap missing; vertical center fold. Unusual multi-national franking for ongoing transmission on same cover.
