Israeli Bank Leumi comissioned medal (CM-87) in tombac with directorate chairman's greeting, 1977. Numbered 4770 (out of 30,000) and stamped "Israel" in Hebrew and English on the edge. Designed by Ya'akov Enyedi and minted in Tel Aviv, this medal commemorates the 75th anniversary of Bank Leumi Le-Israel ("National Bank of Israel"), formerly known as the Anglo-Palestine Bank.

The piece is packaged in the box of the Israel Government Coins & Medals Corporation, though since it was presented to an employee of the bank at this time, it also comes with a printed greeting from the Chairman of the Bank's board, A. Yefet, in which he writes that the medal's quotation, "faithful to your house and country", is an expression of the bank's tradition of accomplishments which he hopes the bank will continue to honor.

The piece has a few minor scuffle marks and some age spotting on the obverse, and dark toning along the edge - EF-AU.
