Zionist connection possibly due to owner's name: during 1st Aliya period (1860- 1903), 1st Congress of all Zionist Unions in Romania held in town of Focşani (30-31/12/1881). In VF, with slight clip missing from top left (possibly as manufactured); Schaffer BUC-651: extreme rarity (6-15pc).
