Checked by outbound TEL AVIV censor KK32 (unusual as not Haifa censor; routing may have been via TEL AVIV). Marked in crayon "via Moscow" (USSR conquered Bulgaria 8 Sept.) but as no postal relations with Bulgaria (until 28 Feb. 1945), postcard stamped by Mandate postal service's "Returned to Sender | No Service" instructional marking + tied with black "return to" cachet.
