JNF 1976 New Years/US Bicentennial stamp sheet (5x4) error, with missing vertical perforations; MNH & OG. An odd design incorporating what was the official emblem of Israel's 25th Anniversary (1973), with the "5" altered into an "8" - but within a design not related to the official one for 1976(!) Undocumented; based on Roch A386.
