JNF/Jewish National Fund (KKL) stamps & labels: Israel Head Office/Jerusalem pre-State issue, 2 x 2 vertical set-tenant booklet pane of 1940 "Presidents of the JNF" in dark green/yellow (Kap 389-392/Roch 518-521), MNH & OG: folded along both horizontal perforations + pin holes in top gutters & horizontal crease along upper stamp row (from the production process).
