WWI Austrian military post - unusual routing: 13(?) II (FEB) 1918 photo picture postcard of Absalom's Tomb in Jerusalem, published by Yaakov Bentov (Bezalel) publishers of Jerusalem, with message in Hungarian dated 6 Feb., sent by sender in the Austro-Hungarian Sanitation Service in Syria from DAMASCUS to locale in HUNGARY (unclear): originally posted stampless & tied by KuK FELDPOSTAMT 452b postmark (Ba M3) + purple unit 1-line cachet "K.U.K. Sanitatsanstallen Fur Syrien"; the postcard was subsequently franked 20pa at the period overseas postcard rate and dispatched on 1 Sept. 1918 from BEYLER (small inland town) in Anatolia, Turkey - highly unusual and rare combination of Austrian military & Ottoman civilian postal services, minimum 6-months in transit.
