Wartime incoming civilian mail: 8 VI 1943 airmail cover from LUGANO to JERUSALEM, franked 50Rp (40Rp total postage for 5gr including 10Rp for airmail + 10Rp additional weight) and marked for intended start of routing (rectangular cachet on front): Zurich to Stuttgart (where censored) by Swissair or DHL, by air from Stuttgart to Sofia, by rail to Istanbul, rail to Syria and Palestine, where censored again. Locally re-routed. Rare route & double Axis/Allied censorship.
