Doar Ivri PO's, rates & routes: 21-9-1949 registered commercial printed matter postcard from TEL AVIV to HAIFA franked 30pr at the DO-2 period rate (5pr pm rate + 25pr registration) using vertical strip of 3x 10pr (Ba3) franks tied by 2 strikes of TEL AVIV-2(?) postmark; arrived Haifa 23-9-1949 but as addressee not found (manuscript & cachet on back), returned to sender (27-9-1949 HAIFA-16 dispatch) without fee as it's registered mail.
