1951 Bonds & 1950 1st Airmails 250pr on 1st Day heavy mail: 30-4-1951 requisitioned Mandatory "Department of Posts & Telegraphs" heavy mail registered airmail commercial cover from TEL AVIV (philatelic service) to NEW YORK franked 505pr at the FA-2a postage period rate (80pr letter + 25pr registration + 10x 40pr R-letter additional 10g weight) using mix of full tabbed 80pr (Ba49) on 1st day of issue + 50pr, 100pr & 250pr 1950 1st airmail (Ba35-37) + 10pr & 15pr 1949 2nd Coinage (Ba23/24) tied by 3 strikes of TEL AVIV-1 postmark on front + 4 on back, with Israeli State issued registry-label & "alef" censor cachet on front; backstamped 5-2-1951 NEW YORK transit & next day arrival; cut open at left, very fine.
