1998 DO-79 rate period franked taxation notice - 42x multple franking: 26 NOV 1998 English dated "5/97" sender taxation notice to TEL AVIV requesting additional franking for attempting to send a letter whose weight exceeded 20g (indicated by boxed cachet): the sender paid 1.15 NIS per piece instead of 2.15 NIS, and was charged 2 NIS (double the deficiency), which he paid using 42x 5 Ag 1986 Herzl Ba-SB.12 (10 Ag overcharge) tied by multiple strikes of unusual inverted dated TEL AVIV-63 canceller on return-reply card to the TEL AVIV postal inspector. Completely multiple franked document.
