British WWI-era military mail in Egypt: 20 FEB 1920 pre-printed 2d KGV registered envelope from APO SZ 10 (CAIRO; Proud D8 - 5 months after his last known date of use) to DEREHAM tied by 2 strikes of army post office postmark (1x K index & 1x H index on large registry-label, as happened in busy post offices when the cover cancel & date-stamp on label were applied at different times) & 28 FE 1920 REG LONDON arrival; opened at right.
