1998 DO-79 rate period multiple mail franked taxation notice: 3 FEB 1998 Hebrew dated "11/95" sender taxation notice to HAIFA requesting additional franking for attempting to send 5 letters whose weight exceeded 20g (indicated by cachet): the sender paid 1.15 NIS per piece instead of 2.15 NIS, and was charged 10 NIS (5x double the deficiency), which he paid using 17x 5 Ag 1986 Herzl Ba-SB.12 + 8x non-denominational 1997 Srulik Ba-SB.26-l franks tied by single strike of trilingual postmark on return-reply card to the Haifa postmaster.
